Topics of venereology for the exam 2019/2020. (The symptoms, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases should be taken into account.)

1.   AIDS: etiology, pathogenesis, treatment.

2.   Gonorrhoea and nongonococcal urethritis (NGU).

3.   Acquired early syphilis.

4.   Late syphilis.

5.   Skin diseases and sexually transmitted diseases (STD) accompanying HIV/AIDS infection.

6.   Genital warts.

7.   Genital Herpes

Curricular affairs:

LECTURES --  for all groups, lecture hall, ground floor            

The ORGANIZATION of CLASSES:

•   classes are held in the 5-day course in the Clinic of Dermatology and Venereal Diseases (Koszykowa 82A),  

           first floor -  teaching rooms 3,5,8, ground floor room 10

•   the Secretariat of the Clinic - second floor

       The 5- day course ends with a credit on the final day of the course. A credit is given upon a test of theoretical     

        knowledge - passing – 60% of correct answers.

To receive a credit students must obligatory attend the classes, lectures and seminars. 1 absence justified   
should be made up for after consultation with the Assistant (preferably before the final test ). A credit received on the final day of classes is obligatory to sit the final exam.

•  The final Dermatology &  Sexually Transmitted Diseases exam will be scheduled in summer exam session.
